Coloring and local storage
Colilo does not require an account. Drawings, language preferences and information needed to remember Premium access are stored on your device. The app does not send drawings to the developer and does not operate a developer-run cloud service. Coloring works offline; store operations require a connection.

Children, advertising and tracking
The app does not ask children for their name, email, location, photos or contacts. It contains no advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Access to the parents’ area is protected by a parental gate.

Purchases
Optional Premium is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. The store processes payment and account information under its own privacy policy. Colilo receives purchase information, such as product and transaction identifiers and verification information, to unlock content and restore purchases. Colilo does not receive payment card details. Purchase information needed for access may be stored locally.

Retention and deletion
Drawings remain on your device until you clear them or delete the app’s data. Language preferences and local purchase records remain until the app’s data is deleted. Device or cloud backups may retain app data according to your system settings and the platform provider’s policy. Removing local data does not cancel a purchase or delete the store’s transaction records.

Contact and external services
If a parent contacts support by email, the publisher and email providers process the email address and information included in the message to respond. Please do not include children’s personal information. Support correspondence should be retained only as long as needed to resolve the request or meet applicable obligations. You may contact the publisher to request access, correction or deletion of information provided through support, subject to applicable requirements.
Opening the online policy or email app uses external services, which may process technical information under their own policies. These actions are available in the parents’ area.

Changes
This policy will be updated if the app’s data practices change. The current offline version is included with the app; the online version is available using the link in the parents’ area.
