Contact us if you need help with Colilo. Include your device model, system version and a short description of the problem. Please do not send children’s personal information.

Saved drawings

Your drawings are saved automatically on your device. Open My Pictures to continue a drawing or start a new one on the blank canvas. Deleting the app may remove local artwork.

Premium and restoring purchases

Premium is an optional one-time purchase. It unlocks the remaining coloring pages and custom colors. To restore a purchase, use the same store account, connect to the internet and choose Restore Purchases in the parents’ area.

Parents’ area

Tap the parents icon on the home screen and answer the calculation. This area contains privacy information, support contact details and purchase restoration.
